We currently deliver to all areas within South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Major Cities and Urban Areas: 2–3 business days
- Outlying or Rural Areas: 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Shipping methods include:
- Standard Door-to-Door Courier Delivery
- Express Delivery options (where available, at an additional cost)
- Please note that we do not keep stock at our offices, and collection from our warehouse is currently not permitted
5. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- Free Shipping: On orders over R2000.
- Express Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your order via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may attempt to deliver again, or
- You may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time, or
- The parcel may be sent to the nearest collection point.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take every precaution to pack your order securely.
However, if your parcel arrives damaged:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the damage.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service and arrange a replacement if applicable.
For lost parcels:
- If your order is not delivered within 10 business days after shipping, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.
9. Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@nesbuys.co.za.
Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping details.
10. Public Holidays
Please note that courier services do not operate on public holidays. Orders placed around holidays may experience slight delays.
